Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
Try on your dress as soon as possible without moving the tags, altering, or washing the dress. We only accept items in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags and packages. All returns must be sent within 7days of the shipment being received.
